Cortland South Kendall Review

The community is great for law students. It is quiet, with many families and I have never had an issue with noisy neighbors. The amenities are well kept and management is always responsive to issues. My only complaint is that people do not pick up their dogs' waste and the complex doesn't seem to have the maintenance team going around and picking it up either.
