Avalon at James Island
My roommate and I have been living at the Avalon for roughly 4 months now, and overall have enjoyed our experience. We love the location and the uniqueness of the property in comparison to other apartment complexes we toured in the Charleston area. The Avalon includes convenient amenities, we enjoy the pool and the gym the most! Throughout our time at the Avalon, I can honestly say that we have had a couple of random hiccups along the way. With that said - Courtney and Lynn have been very prompt in rectifying these situations and ensuring that we feel heard! For that we are very thankful. I would recommend this complex to young adults or couples in the Charleston area who want a positive environment to live in and if you are looking for apartment-living that feels homey.

Great property!
I've been living here for roughly 6 months and I love it so far. I love that they do events every month for their residents and they've all been fun so far. The staff has been responsive when I had to contact them about some maintenance issues I had and are always really friendly. I'm pleased with my decision to move here :)
