Overall great quality
Everything is great quality, and the landlords are very helpful when you need anything. Pool and gym are very nice too.

Olde Towne is the best!
I love living at Olde Towne so much that after living here for a couple months, I decided to change my 1-year lease to a 2-year lease. I would've signed a 4-year lease if it were an option, because I do not see myself moving from here during my 4 years at UKCOM. The apartments are close to school and the hospital, private, well-kept, and across the street from Lover's Lane Soccer Complex. The pool and my balcony are what really sealed the deal for me.

Olde Towne Review
I have had a great experience at Olde Towne, the staff is very welcoming and happily address any questions or concerns in a timely manner. If I have a request, it is normally addressed within a few hours. Maintenance fixes issues very fast.
