Very safe, quiet. Nice amenities, pool, gym, steps from Lovers Lane Loops. Is on more expensive side but I have had no issues, management always prompt and helpful, maintenance always follows-up. They have events for Christmas, Halloween, etc. Have food trucks often, events at the pool like concerts, yoga.

Best Place to Live in BG

The absolute best place to live in BG, especially for a med student bc of all the nice outdoor study spaces!

I really love living at The Hub, as it offers so many amenities with the rent. Some of my favorite spots are the resort-like pool, well-equipped gym, and pickleball courts. The units are very nice with modern finishes. Any issues with the unit are addressed promptly by the maintenance team.

Great place to live. Safe area with several medical students as well as other hospital and healthcare employees. Some WKU students but the property does an excellent job enforcing quiet hours and it is a great place to study without interference. Close to Scottsville Rd for all things eating and shopping. Close to campus/hospital. Close to WKU Campus/downtown area. Dog park for pet owners, small gym, excellent pool.

overall, my experience has been very positive. I love the complex and my apartment as well as the amenities. it feels like a vacation honestly. i have had some complaints about parking for guests being inconvenient as well as inconvenient maintenance requests working around my pets to be sure i was home for them to enter. this was a personal preference that causes some delay and frustration. all in all, i would recommend this apartment. Another big plus is the dog park, car wash station, and pet grooming room!
