Over priced, nice pool, PESTS

I live in the cottages at the very back so its much better there than the main apartments.
worries:
When I moved in over 200 crickets came in in 2 days. this is not an exaggeration, my husband counted the dead bodies.
this seasons its earth worms everywhere. (20+ a day)
and thats after I reinsulated the wall spaces where it meets the floor (which I think im being fined 1,000 for)
but I couldn't live with so many crickets, I complained multiple times and I was getting 70 crickets a day. I stopped living there for a while and drove 2 hours to my family medicine rotation and back home every day until I could use foam insulation on the baseboards.
high crime, lots of cars get broken into and looted, shady people everywhere, often (not to be judgmental, but there should be no one on my back porch as no one lives behind me :'-) and its a locked air field behind me)
terrible insulation- I hear normal level conversations on either side of me. I luckily live between a resident and a grandpa so they're very quiet and it still drives me nuts. could not imagine with bad neighbors. I hear grandpa snoring every night.
I pay a bajillion dollars
Parking lot is crazy over crowded, my other friends never have a space to park
I also feel like I'll get hit in the parking lot when I drive through
Packages are OFTEN stolen and mail is delivered to wrong boxes constantly.
The mailman delivered my returned social security card and birth certificate to the wrong apt and they say they didnt get it but the mail man swears it was delivered. (cries again)

so mainly its just over priced, over crowded, and cheaply built!
However, it is aesthetically pleasing.
