Not great but could be worse.
The Mont Michel has it’s ups and downs. Our specific unit is nice because it was renovated recently, but other units are not in great shape. The main issue is with the community/outdoors; There is trash everywhere outside and the whole building and outside smells like marijuana all the time. We do have in unit laundry but not all units do. The management here is also unresponsive, unhelpful, and honestly a bit unprofessional. We’ve had various problems and have either been ignored or the issue just wasn’t properly resolved. On top of that, their mail organization system is very disorganized, and we have had packages and mail stolen before. There is a free gym which is nice but small. There is no pool. The rent is a good price for what we have, but we also have a $150 off discount for the year.
