Campus View Condiminiums
I really enjoy living at Campus View. While the complex is not owned and managed by a company, my private landlord has been fantastic to deal with. For such a reasonable price, I'm close to campus (~1/2 mile to Tate Center), downtown (~1 mile), and Five Points (~3/4 mile) which has made my experience living here great. Although small, the way the unit is laid out makes it feel much larger than it shows on paper.

Apartment Review
Solid place for the price and proximity to campus. Very old, some units are renovated but are more expensive. Management can be shady and may try to overcharge for ridiculous reasons.

Close to campus
A good spot to live for the price. You get what you pay for- no flashy amenities or super modernized flooring/appliances. Walking distance to Correll, downtown, and Sanford Stadium for gamedays is what makes it. Management company is responsive and easy to work with.

Campus View
Property is older, but I can walk to campus and five points. There's a UGA bus stop nearby. Generally quiet, but located between freshmen housing and Greek housing, so can be loud on the weekends.
