Decent value, but you get what you pay for!
Overall not terrible. Small apartment but affordable, especially with electricity included. The building was renovated fairly recently so is nicer inside than outside, but not great. Overall it's a fine value, and the location is great for someone wanting to live near campus but save money (though the proximity to the highway is not good). Management is fairly responsive, and pest issues haven't been as bad as expected for an old building.

Huge Pest Problem
Hundreds of roaches and rodents through the building. Management will send exterminators but then you have to be home to let them in and they don’t treat throughout the building so the problem persists
