Mansion at Bala reviews and highlights

Terrible management
Terrible place to live at. Management is clueless about anything that is happening. They are always late in notifying residents. After having multiple fire alarm disruptions for over a month, today I had to cancel my meetings because alarms kept going off, my dog barking and I could not work. Went to the office to ask them the reason and they told me they WILL send a notification email. THAT SHOULD HAPPEN PRIOR TO TESTING not after! Please don't get fooled by apartments, this place is not a good place to live at. I have been super stressed about multiple things since I moved here, trash not picked up, dog poop in hallways, bad smell, late maintenance response, you name it. Just do yourself a favor and don't move here!

Mansion It Up!
Mansions is a very convenient place to live right on city ave. The worst part about being on city ave is the traffic, however. Big traffic times are 8a.m. and 5 p.m. and you only have a 1 way in and 1 way out so have to make a U turn if you want to go down the other way on city avenue.
Garage parking is a plus. Need more visitor parking. Need better management.

overall not bad
the apartment is very clean and spacious but recently we are having problem with smoking neighbors. we can smell smoke in our living room every night. Also, even though we are paying over $300 utilities during the winter the house is extremely cold . But other than those problems, it is a great apartment compare to other apartments in the area.
