Great Place!
Lived in this complex for the past year with functionally no issues! Any issues that have appeared (ie: leaky faucet, broken dishwasher...) were promptly fixed by maintenance AND management individually reached out each time to ensure service.
Parking is free and the complex is walking distance to campus (~1 mile). There is also close proximity to a bus route that leads downtown.
Admittedly, this unit is only affordable living with my partner/splitting rent, especially with current stipends provided by most on-campus positions.

Pretty happy with this apartment. The rent is reasonable, we can pay $20 a month for internet, parking is free and accessible, and its a 5-10 min bike ride from campus. The property management company is really fast with repairs.
