The Westboro

I have enjoyed living at our apartment. The location, price, space, management, and maintenance are great. We have had a few struggles with cockroaches, specifically in our bathroom, but our management filled in the gapes we had in the floor boards and arranged for pest control to come.

I have had the best time at the Westboro. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place near campus. I am able to walk to clinicals every day and sometimes walk to school, though it’s a bit longer (35 min walk to school). The Westboro has a historical feel, so there’s a lot of character. Everyone who lives there is extremely nice, and management/maintenance are some of the kindest people out there! The apartments are very spacious and allow you to decide how you’d like to design each room. There’s good closet space as well. I love this place and can’t recommend it enough.

The Westboro management is great! We've had a series of maintenance and pest issues that we sent in a whole list about, and they came in and resolved them quickly. They updated my unit before my roommates and I moved in and it looks great. It's right on an intersection of West End avenue which is very close to campus and pretty close to midtown. It's very easy to get places because you just take West End to get places.

Maintenance has been super helpful! They built us a new silverware drawer when it wasn't opening correctly and sprayed for bugs as soon as we mentioned a problem. It's in a great location, near Vanderbilt and Centennial Park and the parking lot is always open. The price is great for where it is but there isn't a fancy gym or pool or anything like that because of it.

An older property but love the apartment! Great service for maintenance requests and a very reasonable rent for Nashville.
