New Modern Fully Furnished and Close to Campus (TenTen Downtown)

The building is 0.7 miles from campus and it is brand new. Everything is modern. The apartments come fully furnished and parking is an additional $100/month. Living here has many amenities, including: pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room, outdoor rooftop fire places, outdoor rooftop grills, massage chairs, ping pong, billiards, movie theater, etc. The rooftop is awesome and it is the largest rooftop in North America. Highly highly recommend building, price is comparable to other nearby apartments.
