Super convenient
Great buildings and management. Things get fixed quick and being right next to campus is great. Only downside is the area isn't great other than being convenient for school, but never felt super unsafe or anything. Parking can be a little tight.

Highly Recommend Orleans Station
I highly recommend living at Orleans Station! It is a 5 minute walk from campus so it is very convenient and there is a nice coffee shop and restaurant on the property. My favorite part of my apartment is the flex room. It is the perfect space to use as an office. Also, the apartment is very spacious and has great closet space.

Great Experience
The management is very involved and responds to issues in a timely manner. The apartments are also nice and super close to campus! It can get a bit loud living so close to multiple major hospitals (sirens, helicopters).

Great apartments close to campus
The ability to easily walk to anywhere on campus is the reason I chose to live here and continue to. There's also a limited but affordable grocery store (Aldi) and some solid food options within walking distance. SANA yoga/pilates studio next door is amazing. The apartments themselves are spacious and still feel pretty new. You can find apartments that are a bit cheaper or that have gyms, but for me, the location is worth those trade-offs.

Overall nice to be close to campus. Would be nice to have a gym inside the apartment. Walking distance from Aldi!!! Management has gotten better.

Great proximity to campus and the hospitals. No monthly pet rent with lots of green space. Small off leash dog park across the street. Lots of good food options nearby. No complex gym, but does sometimes offer coupons for nearby studios
