Great proximity to campus and the hospitals. No monthly pet rent with lots of green space. Small off leash dog park across the street. Lots of good food options nearby. No complex gym, but does sometimes offer coupons for nearby studios

Overall nice to be close to campus. Would be nice to have a gym inside the apartment. Walking distance from Aldi!!! Management has gotten better.
