Eagle Ridge Review
I've had good experiences with the central office and maintenance requests are always dealt with within a day. It feels like a safe, quiet area of Lawrence and my apartment doesn't have any obvious issues except for a slight bug problem in the summer. When I submitted a maintenance request for the bugs, I had an exterminator in the apartment within the day and it fixed the issue. My one critique is that $900 a month feels a little steep for a studio, but it is what it is.
