Updated, well-kept unit near stadium.
I absolutely love this apartment. It’s completely updated, close to campus, and the landlord is professional. I docked a point because the complex has one water heater for all units - sometimes there is cold water when you want to shower which can be frustrating. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place to live.
