Great property, but caution 425 sq ft!

No complaints about the property or unit itself, only that after two years the smallness of 425 sq ft begins to ware on a person. I live in a studio apartment two-blocks from Fenway Park so no complaints about location, there are plenty of restaurants/bars and I love baseball so the ballpark is great, only that I don't really have a kitchen (only two burners, a sink, and a mini-fridge) and the bathroom storage/counter-space is rather small also. However, the apartment provides the essentials for all law students - a bed, place to make food, a bathroom, and just enough space to have a desk for school work. If I could do it over again, I would stay in Fenway but try and find more space, which can be hard since rent is already expensive in Boston. Tips I would share are be close to a T station, and a grocery store. There are no amenities such as a pool or gym as those are mostly found at newer/more expensive apartments, I believe my building is as old as the 1950s, so you get that authentic brownstone feel, but no amenities sadly.
