Safe and Relaxing
I love this place! The leasing office staff has been there for years and is beyond helpful. Everyone is so kind and looks out for each other. I feel very safe here as a woman alone, and the amenities are amazing! Free gym, pool, covered parking, car wash stall, and shop vac. It is also extremely quiet, with mostly older people and young professionals living here.

Management is nice. Have no problems with neighbors. The gym is small but not very many people use it.

I love this apartment. The grounds are really well kept, the office staff and maintenance staff are all amazing, and I have had no big issues with anything. All the small things I've needed fixed are fixed within an hour of me submitting a maintenance request. The office staff is super receptive to feedback and are constantly working to improve the complex. There's a dog park, car wash, and car vacuum that are all free to use. It's close to Wanamaker and I-70 which is convenient, but it feels tucked back enough to feel like it's not a busy area. I also feel safe there.
