Spacious and comfortable

We have a basement as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a back balcony. In-unit washer and dryer hookups, however, you do need to buy your own washer and dryer. The kitchen is a little small but is fine for two people and has a washing machine. All the appliances are pretty new. Lots of windows to let in sunshine.
