Scotts Addition is the Place to Be
The staff at The Summit have been extraordinarily responsive. I appreciate that the amenities in this building are modern and updated regularly. Each unit is assigned a mailbox and packages are put in the luxor package machine which is accessed via qr code (in other words, only you can access your packages). To open any door in the building, you need to use your key fob or apt app, which only residents can access. The underground garage is resident-access only as well. The Summit is roughly 15 mins from the law school parking lot. I could not recommend living here more. Safety remains my number one priority when choosing an apt and I have felt nothing, but safe here. Other residents are kind and considerate & most of them are twenty-thirty somethings in graduate programs or in starting positions within their career. Also, it doesn't hurt that the apt building is 5 mins from Whole Foods. There are plenty of food options near by- including one right in the ground floor of the building: Cabo Fish Taco. Many residents have pets (I do not), but there's a pet grooming station which is often used. The gym is great and I appreciate the lounge space where there are bar stools where you could easily get a lot of work done from your laptop.
