Good value
It's an older building that got renovated and converted to an apartment several years back. It's in a great location which makes it convenient to access the Museum District (which is where it is), the Fan, Carytown, and Scotts Addition. It's a bit small and we've had numerous maintenance issues. If you split it with a roommate, then it's one of the cheapest options you'll find in the neighborhood.

Good Location
My apartment is in the Museum District, so it's near many neighborhoods that have bars and restaurants. I think it's in the best location for the value. The neighbors can be noisy though and management is not responsive with maintenance issues.

Old City House
I live in an old city house converted into an apartment building with six units. It was renovated a few years ago. It's a good unit, but the rooms are small and it needs maintenance repairs. It's in the perfect location though.
