The landlord is very particular about the apartment and does their best to keep it in excellent condition. It is also fully furnished and has a great square feet dimension. Two people can comfortably live here. Walking distance from Campus and very peaceful neighbourhood.

The apartment was as described. Small, sweetly appointed, and safe. The apartment had not been updated in many years but it contributed to its charm. Increased security measures could be considered.

This apartment is cheap for the area and seems nice. There are 13 units per building (both 2118 and 2122 are owned by the same people, David Goodwin). The location is in Hillsboro and it is walkable to Peabody campus. The unit is approximately 750 sqft with a patio. It has washer dryer in unit.

The unit is older (built in the 80s) but it has all the necessary amenities. Sound does travel easily between units. The maintenance is nice. They don't always fix everything quickly, but the people are kind.

It used to be a nice place to live, however, it has gone down in recent months. It used to be run by David, but now that his children have taken over the business, it is not run as well. The buildings are close to the alley and there has been more crime recently. A neighbor has had Amazon packages stolen, another has had their car windshield completely smashed and broken into. The landlord has not done anything about this and it is disappointing. This past winter during the freeze, they did not salt the area and it completely iced over. An older neighbor was holding on for dear life trying to leave her apartment.

Prices are going up here and it's not worth it to stay for the price and lack of care from landlords. I used to like it here and recommend to people, but it has become disappointing. I will not be renewing at this residence.
