Encore Panther Island

This is an awesome place to live if you want to be five minutes away from school, close to great shopping, restaurants, and anything else you might need. It is also a close commute to Dallas if you need to go there. The parking garage gets full during the spring and fall, and the gate is regularly broken. They don’t do the best job maintaining the hallways, but the community is quiet, and they always take care of any maintenance requests I file very quickly, and the leasing office is great to work with. The people in this community also keep the grass picked up from their dogs waste they have complimentary doggie bags for people.
