Living at The Smith will make your med school experience 10x better!
The BEST place to live - 5 min walk from med school, 8 min walk from BMC. Pricier on a student budget, but well worth it! Perks include 24/7 concierge, beautiful gym, rooftop club room/terrace, ROOFTOP POOL, and 3 resident events per month. True community feeling here & pet friendly! Lots of space & business center for studying. Many BMC residents and attendings also live here. Amazing property management and maintenance team who are prompt to resolve any issues. Wonderful studio layouts, 1 bed, & 2 bed/2 bath. This is your sign to live at The Smith!

Highly recommend The Smith
Beautiful apartment, always clean, and is a 3 minute walk from the medical campus!! Love it here, the only con is how expensive it is and it is a pretty small for the price.

It's an incredible apartment, a few minutes from the med campus, and has amazing amenities. The downsides are the cost, the lack of public transit nearby, and the fact that most of my peers do not live in this area. It's a great place for a homebody or someone who works from home.
