The Marshall as an MBA student
- Pro: location, location, location. Closest apartment to Whitman SOM.
- Pro: responsive management team that knows you are paying a lot of money to be there so they want you to get your money's worth.
- Pro: Only one price that covers everything.
- Pro: Free printing, study areas, laundry, dish washer, gym, and other amenities
- Con: only one would be the price ($1,700 per person/month).
- Seemingly only offered to SU sophomores in the future.

Extremely expensive but great property
The rent is extremely high and extremely stressful to pay for 12 months lease. The area, unit and amenities are great but this should be more affordable especially for Graduate students. After everything decent and livable off campus was filled, this is my safest option and it’s simply not affordable.
