The Grand CH
It’s a very nice apartment that’s in a safe location about 20 minutes from the Stratford campus right off of I-97. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, the town library, malls, and things to do. The apartment itself is very clean and large. We have a gym, pool, yoga studio, movie theater, study space, and concierge at the front desk. There is lots of free parking for residents and guests.

The Grand
I have lived here in 2 different apartments for 10 years; through a variety of management companies. This current company is the worst, but it can not be all blamed on them. Some of my neighbors are unclean, leaving large bundles of trash in the trashroom which cause a horrendous odor near the elevators. The trash piles up outside of the building, which looks awful! It doesn't seem like anybody, staff included, can clean up after themselves. The management office is slow to respond to requests and maintenance is much less effective than it used to be... I do not feel that I should be paying as much as I am for the lack of luxury I am experiencing.

Great
It's a great place to live. Just need to improve a bit with a few amenities. The park and swimming pool is not properly maintained this year.. Otherwise everything is good. Concierge staff is so friendly and helpful. Nice location, nice and spacious apartments.

Nice apartment in good quite location.Schools are good. Apartment amenities are good. Granite countertops in kitchen. Spacious living room and bedroom. Closet are spacious. Safe apartment. Clean and nice park for kids. Dog park is very good and tennis court and swimming pool and gym are nice and spacious
