Good place
Overall it's great location and close to school's resources. But the rate is getting higher that I might not be able to afford it for the next year.

Apartment 01
Management response was excellent. Felt secured. Space for single person is comfortable.
The structural lay out has few issues as floor is sloppy/tilted, so to study on chair with wheels had been a challenge. Low height of roof/room. Consistent poor placement of Trash Bin in Alley road adjoining this apartment. Deprived of self temperature control of room, being at lower ground floor, hand been colder relatively, management had been kind enough to provide the portable blower/heater.

Pretty good
I love the location of this apartment, which is close to everything (either walking distance or few stops away on the T). My rent includes all utility bills as well, so I think it’s a decent price. One complaint is that the apartment itself is pretty old and doesn’t have an elevator.
