The Ideal Location

Built in the early 1930s. Occasional mice. Occasional pests in the summer months. Walls are thick. Washing machines break. Trash valet. The building might have lead pipes. Bars and restaurants nearby. I have lived in this apartment for 1.5 years. I lived near DU and moved to this apartment because I thought it would be more exciting. Wow was I right! There is more to do than in other parts of Denver.
