Great service & cute apts & good location
I love my apartment building! The front office folks are so helpful and professional and know everyone in the building. Parking is included, valet trash, gas stoves. I have a little backyard for my unit but all units have a balcony/patio at least. Maintenance is a little wonky because I have had (low priority) work requests closed without them being done, also they have come to my apt to do work orders for someone else's apt. They also weren't fully prepared for my move-in and I had issues with the plumber doing the backend admin work to get gas turned on.
But overall, the apt is so great that these things have felt like a (legitimate) blip on my radar. Usually, things don't go wrong.

Great Apt!
I really like this apartment and it’s very clean and thankfully roach-free. The smoke detectors are a little sensitive but no issue. It’s in a great location: 5 minutes from Costco, Trader joes, and Whole Foods. The closet space is a little wonky even in the primary bedroom but it’s not bad.

Amazing
My time at Flats at West Alabama has been nothing short of amazing. The complex is mostly young professionals and students. There are great amenity spaces - the club room, the sky lounge, the pool area, the fitness area. Everything is 10/10 amazing.

Alta West Alabama
The property and residents are mostly quiet and polite. The front office staff is kind and mostly responsive in a timely manner. The garage parking is convenient and there are two floors for visitor parking.
