Decent Property in a Great Location; New Management Recently
I’ve lived at this property for about three years, and it recently had a change in management which has seen an increase in additional fees to the monthly rent, while I have seen little to no improvement in terms of the condition of the property overall. The apartment itself is a decent size for a one bedroom, one bath, and the apartment complex is not that large. It’s also located near a golf course, which you can access to walk around or jog with your pets. My biggest problems with the property are that the gates are almost never working, residents are constantly letting their pets relieve themselves around the property without picking up after them, and the front office staff can sometimes be rude. The apartment complex is located in the North Fort Worth area, near several shopping centers and grocery stores. Decent price for what it offers.

Small community, but not much else to offer.
The apartments are not bad and are actually decently sized, but the company constantly has issues with staff retention, property cleanliness (e.g., dog poop everywhere), and broken gates. This is not a big issue during the semester when I spend most of my time at school, but it gets annoying after a while.
Also, during the warmer season, the apartment complex has an issue with random people coming to use the pool. They haven't been able to address this issue properly, and sometimes it can cause disturbances late into the evening.

Small community with LOTS of dogs. Direct access to a nearby golf course is great for long walks!
The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. The resort-style pool is also nice during the summer time. The gym is a decent size and it has all the basic necessities. The golf course is a great perk because there are nice trails to walk through with some pretty nice views.
In terms of the commute to the school, it's not terrible. It usually takes anywhere between 20-25 minutes depending on traffic, but having to take I-35 everyday is always a gamble. There are other roads you can take to avoid I-35 but usually those take longer and you can encounter traffic there too.
You are nearby (7-10 mins) some shopping centers so finding where to go for a bite to eat or where to get groceries shouldn't be a problem. There are not many bars on this side of town so if you are in to the night life this may not be the most ideal location.
