Super location

Benton Pointe is located in Allen, an upper-middle income city off of North 75. When traffic is clear, it takes about 25 minutes to drive to SMU since it's a straight shot down 75. If you have to drive during peak traffic time, it's 50 minutes. The apartments are higher end, with crown molding, fireplaces, granite counter tops, laminate hardwood floors. We've had very few problems with maintenance, and they are quick to respond when something has broken. The apartment complex also backs up to the beautiful Green Belt that runs through Allen, affording a lovely view and convenient access to biking/jogging/walking trails . Very pet friendly complex.

Lovely Complex

Attractive apartment complex located on a greenbelt with plenty of amenities--swimming pools, dog parks, valet trash service, workout center, and more. This complex is family-friendly, as well as a calm place to live. There is plenty to see and do in the area and it's only a few blocks off of 75, so the drive to SMU is reasonable.
