Good price
My apartment is a bottom level, so I have had some issues with bugs coming in here and there. But first come first serve plenty of parking, a very spacious bedroom with two closets, a very big living room that fits my table, TV table, and sectional couch. Downside is the smaller bathroom and kitchen. Like a 15 minute drive to school. No dish washer or in unit washer and dryer, but in another building within apartments there is the washer and dryer.

The apartment is comfortable enough and in a good area for city access. Driving to school is recommended. The management and security of you vehicle is poor though.

Comfortable and Quiet!
Kaywood Gardens is a very comfortable and quiet apartment complex that is very affordable compared to other apartments around DC. If you have the means to commute, parking is free and always available. Also, the complex is right on the border of DC and Maryland so all busses and metros can be accessed. There are no in unit appliances like washers, dryers, or dish washers. Each building has a shared laundry room that is usually available. There is a small gym, but no pool. Low/ No crime in the immediate area and far from the noise of the city. About a 15-20 min drive to Howard even with traffic.
