Quiet, great location

In the Sylvan Park community with lots to offer, including the Richland Park Greenway and Farmers Market. The management is nice, responsive, and have plenty of events and giveaways. I think the price point will lead me to move elsewhere but I have enjoyed living here! Must have a car to live here, the commute is usually ~12 min in the morning.

Great area for those who want work-life balance

A great, very walkable area with great restaurants and a great community you otherwise wouldn't explore living close to Vanderbilt. Apartment itself is large and quiet. It's not new/perfect, but maintenance is responsive and friendly.
