Great! But less-than-mid parking

I love it. The management is great too. Only downside is that the parking spaces are incredibly small.

Apollo Midtown, Best value for being close to campus.

by far the best value appartment with rent per a person being under 1000 dollars and a 7 minute walk to campus (two blocks). DGX (convenience store ) store is walking one block away and plenty of food options across the street. Only downfall is there is only one elevator that is slow, but given the price and how nice the apartment is for the price its not too bad.

Okay but not great

Elevator breaks all the time, parking garage is tight, maintenance takes forever. That being said I like the location.

The Dallas

Location, rent, cleanliness, and quality of this apartment complex are all excellent. There is only one elevator in the complex, so that can create some delays. Currently, there are still a few units that have existing contracts to allow short term rentals (Airbnb). This leads to unwanted noise depending on the renters, but these contracts are being phased out this year. Overall, we’ve enjoyed living at The Dallas the last two years!

Great apartment, close to Vanderbilt

This apartment is about 10 minutes walking to Vanderbilt's Owen School of Management and the Law School. I walk to class every day and can leave my car parked at the apartment. The building is pretty quiet. On the weekends there are a few Airbnb guests that use the pool area. But it has not gotten out of hand or been a problem for me. The biggest complaint I have is that you can hear the people upstairs walking around. It hasn't been a huge issue, but it is noticeable.

It's close to everything! You can get to any part of town easily. There aren't very many restaurants or bars within walking distance so you'll need some transportation, but you can walk to Centennial Park! It's very close to campus so there's no need to account for traffic when coming or going to VUMC.
Location is super close to campus so I don't have to budget much time for a commute as I can walk there in 10 minutes or take the shuttle in even less. Very close to Centennial park which is great for walking / running. The biggest downside is not many grocery stores within walking distance (just piggly wiggly) so you will need a car to get groceries.
I love living in midtown! Walking distance to bars like Winners/Losers, Kung Fu, Broadway Brewhouse, and Tin Roof/Green Room as well as from restaurants like Hopsmith, Slider House, Mellow Mushroom, and Taco Mamacita. It’s also a well-lit, green area that’s perfect for running and walking.
Tons of Vandy students live at the Morris and in the area. Great to stay connected and social. Since there is such a major bar/restaurant scene, must always stay aware of your surroundings and not walk alone late at night (especially women).
This neighborhood feels very safe and is quiet for the most part (besides construction early in the morning occasionally) There are several restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance.
Olympus Midtown is just off the beaten path, but buildings are going up all over the place (no construction noise where we are) so the neighborhood is changing a bit.
It's right by Owen and a lot of fun restaurants and bars. Be warned though, you will hear the music blaring from Kung Fu and Re-Bar all the time.
Midtown is a fun, vibrant area. It can get a bit touristy but nashville is compact enough that other neighborhoods are always a quick uber away
