Bare bones but great price and location
This apartment is old and oddly shaped. The kitchen is extremely small, and the bathroom has ventilation issues. However, the price is amazing, and the neighborhood is fantastic (Elmwood/Rockridge). I would recommend this to another Haasie if they are willing to deal with the issues mentioned above
