Great Place, Great Location
The apartments are a little outdated, but I genuinely don't think there is a better location for the price. It is right on the UGA bus line and only a few minutes drive to Alps and to campus. I am able to walk to campus on home game days which is a huge plus. There is also a pool, and maintenance comes in a pretty timely manner. The only con is that the rooms in the 3 bedrooms are different sizes, so I am in a pretty small room and pay the same rent as my roommates who have much larger rooms. Other than that, though, great place.
