Very clean, safe, and good responses

I live alone and my apartment is nice but there is not much natural light. The location is unmatched however and many other medical students/residents live in Founders so it is easy to meet up/socialize with my fellow M1s. It is a 10-15 minute walk from medical campus which is also amazing, there is an ALDI down the street and a Target close by. The area is safe and I have never felt unsafe in my unit/building.

You get what you pay for essentially. Lots of ammentities. Cheap compared to other cities but pricy for Columbus.

Great place to live and management is very responsive and helpful. Very clean, very safe, great location. Reasonable price if living with a roommate.

This place is really great for what I need it for. I am a graduate student and the complex is in a really great area within walking distance of the school and nearby cafes/bars/activities. The amenities are great and the walls are surprisingly sound-resistant. I get tons of sunlight for my many plants. I am a homebody and wanted a comfy, cute, secure place to live during school and this place is great for that. The cost is a downside. It is honestly too expensive for what you get, but almost everything in the housing market is overpriced nowadays. My rent does not include the parking garage, wifi, electricity, or water. The place is also overall not super well constructed. I have had multiple chronic maintenance issues due to poor construction. However, I still am very happy to live here and have had an overall really great experience living alone here and would recommend this place to any OSU graduate students looking for a nice, secure, social, and quiet place to live.

Great place to live

I really love the ammenities and how close it is to campus. Compared to some other similar apartment complexes the rate seems cheaper for being able to live alone.

I love that there are MANY medical students that live in this apartment complex and it's less than a 10 minute walk to campus and 20 minutes to the Short North, which is super convenient. The pool is included, but the gym and parking are expensive and other utilities are expensive as well. The apartment feels secure.

The place tends to be fairly quiet and has lots of places to study. There is a trial to go walking, running, hiking, dog walking, etc practically on the property. The staff are nice and good at answering questions or listening to concerns.
The management company has been having difficulties with trash removal, parking, packages, etc. Overall these issues are pretty typical but I think they have either been very prolonged issues or they are not very quick at finding solutions. Also they make a lot of promises that aren’t exactly kept as described(ex: I moved because of the security features. Turns out they don’t work right and they can’t fix it so they are getting rid of it. Another ex we have a nice gym. This is true but you have to pay separate for it!).
