Fine if you don't have any troubles

Management is not the best at this place! If you manage to get into an apartment, it is fine as long as there are no issues. If you do have a problem, good luck getting management to help and if they do, they charge for EVERY little thing. There are glaring issues with the apartments (such as little to no insulation so the HVAC runs 24/7 and can be expensive) and even things that aren't your fault are charged. Police is at the property pretty frequently as well. While it is within about 20 minutes from the school, there are much better places in a closer distance.
