Fulfills all needs as students
Our apartment is close to Allston T stop, have all convenience nearby at walkable distance. Commute to college is easy and thats something to do on a daily basis so happy.
It does not have dishwasher and washing unit. But have a laundromat at a minute's walk

Since its an old building, initially it felt weird to live in a house/building with wooden flooring, which makes sound if anyone is moving fast or heavily. But as it turns out, most of the houses here are same.
Location wise its a great area with T, Laundromat, convenience stores available nearby
