Great apartment but just pricey

The apartment is great. It was just built in 2022. It has a great gym and many other amenities. Management is a bit slower than hoped but it's not a deal. Management does hold social events as well. It is just a bit too expensive. The area is not great for walking to any bars or food, it is kind of an awkward area between Lawrenceville, the Strip District, and Bloomfield but not close enough to any of them. If it had a bit better location it would be worth its price.

I think the apartment is great, close to everything and filled with young professionals.
