Trinity Urban - District Bldg

Maintenance is great! The area is very safe and across the street from an elementary school. It is super close to the school (5 minute drive). The facility itself is getting a little dated but not bad at all. They do fun events monthly. The fire alarm does go off every so often which can get annoying.

Trinity Bluff - Recommend

Clean, good management. Safe area (next to Tarrant County College). Right next to Trinity Trail on the Trinity River, easy access. Pets allowed. Half hour walk from school, or a short and easy drive. Management is generally quick to handle maintenance concerns.

Property management handles water utilities and it's added onto your rent. You handle your own Internet and electricity.

Only problems are: package delivery system a little iffy, I've had a couple missed packages. There are shared lockers through Parcel Pending. Generally it's fine though. Gym is small (no squat racks) but always clean and never crowded. Garage doors are often propped open, so access to the complex isn't fully controlled, but I haven't encountered any safety problems.

Overall, I recommend.

Pretty great!

The apartment complex is perfectly located. I am able to get to the school in just under 10min, walk downtown and not have to pay for parking and enjoy a nice stroll near the river.

Trinity Apartments

The management isn’t great, but the location to the school is a big plus.

Overall, I haven’t had major issues. It’s a nice apartment at a close location.

Good enough in every way

The apartment is a competitive price, maintenance team is easy and quick, and amenities are nice. The place was a bit dirty when I got there.

Amazing!

It has been great! I lived here during my 1L year and plan to stay for the rest of law school. The location is amazing!! I can get to the school in 5 to 10 minutes, and it is right on the Trinity Trail. It is within walking distance to coffee shops downtown. Plus, there are many other students in the building, which is nice for community! Besides a few issues with the elevator, the amenities have been great. Whenever I have problems with services in my apartment, the apartment sends someone to fix the problem very promptly--within 24 hours.

Could be more for the price

I really enjoy my living situation. However, I would prefer to live somewhere with water and electricity included. Maintenance does a really great job fixing things, but unless your matter is urgent, you will have to wait over a week. The gym is very small and does not have the basic machines (barbells, stair master) that a gym should have. I don't have many complaints, I just think it should be more for the price. Also, some people in the office staff have nasty attitudes.

Fort Worth Reviews

The neighborhood is very safe, family-friendly with lots of pets. There are a ton of restaurants and stores to go to very close by, and it’s also very close to Keller with all of those stores and offices as well.
I like living in Fort Worth because it has a lot of the features of a city without all of the problems of a city. It’s also close enough to Dallas (30-60 mins) to spend time there if that’s more your speed
I always feel super safe here. The fire station is across the street, the police station is just a few blocks away, cops patrol the neighborhood, and TCCC security officers are always around. The parking garage is gated but is also available to visitors through a call box, and I’ve never had trouble finding a good parking space.
It is a nice neighborhood. It does not have a community per se. It is the bar district, so it is often loud at night. But the police are always patrolling, keeping the area safe, and there are some good restaurants and museums very close by. It is a super easy drive to the law school. Overall, it is a great place to live.
Near Southside is an up and coming neighborhood with lots of new entertainment and food options! It’s a quiet area and I’ve never felt unsafe with all the people around. Magnolia is mostly restaurants and medical offices so it’s never overly crowded or too much traffic.
Magnolia is great, there heaps of places to eat and shop that aren’t chains or corporations. It also has fun festivals and events throughout the year.
Great neighborhood area. Filled with families, people with pets, and college students. There is a good mix of people and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. There is also a wonderful shopping center next door.
The neighborhood is incredible. Walking distance to four coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. It's great to walk around, and I love being within walking distance to all these places to eat and study.
