The Phoenix

Its a nice place. Pretty quiet, which is what I was after. Has a small, but nice gym with a bench press. About a 5 minute drive from the law school.

Excellent Living Situation

I love living here! The apartment is wonderful, and I am paying a very reasonable price for living so close to downtown (and to the law school). The front desk and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive. The apartment is very quiet, and I have had very few things have needed to be fixed. Overall, I have no complaints and I would recommend The Phoenix to anyone and everyone.

Hidden Gem Apartment

The Phoenix has been perfect for me as a student. While the area sometimes feels slightly shady, I feel very safe. The 2-bedroom I rent with a fellow law student has updated appliances, plenty of space for our needs, and a calm atmosphere. The staff is attentive and super helpful if there’s any appliance issues. Can get quite cold though and definitely does not feel as luxury as some other options.

Great value

My apartment is great value considering the space, garage parking, valet trash, pool, and gym. Maintenance is extremely responsive and effective. Apartment management is the same. Floors are generally quiet. The block surrounding the apartment is very quiet and safe. My roommate and I get our own bathrooms for a reasonable price. When my friends come over, they comment on how large the living space is. My only complaint would be the quality of the apartment's paint, windows, and floors, but I can live with this and I think it is typical for quickly built modern apartment.

I really do not have any complaints about this property. I plan to live here all 3 years with my roommate, and we love it. We have a pretty large space and the rent is super affordable. With utilities and all, the most I have paid for my share is about $1050. We are 5 minutes away from school, which is a huge perk. The property is more on the smaller side, so maintenance is pretty fast and the staff pretty much knows you by name. Its a "smart" apartment, so you pay for a community bundle that comes with an electric lock that you can access through your phone. You can lock you apartment away from your home, and you have access to the thermostat via the app as well. the bundle also comes with valet trash, so they pick up trash ont eh weekends. There is a pool, a nice gym, and a printer downstairs in the common area.

Excellent Living Situation

I absolutely love living at The Phoenix. It's very close to school, everything is in excellent shape, and the staff is incredible. I have never had an issue with my apartment that they haven't fixed, and the staff is always very willing to help. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-planned-out.

The Phoenix Review

The Phoenix has some of the best management team I've ever seen. They are kind, thoughtful, and friendly. Maintenance is prompt, communicative, and respectful of privacy. I have never felt unsafe at this location nor had any concerns; the neighborhood is quite good, being next to a school and a park. Security is really good, with all outer door key fob-locked, a gated built-in parking garage, and smart lockers for delivery to store packages in. Our apartment is fairly new and so there is less wear and tear. Management hosts a number of social events with food and games. I especially appreciate that in the weeks before Christmas they put out a free gift wrapping station with high-quality wrapping paper, bows, gift boxes, gift bags, gift tissues, and replenish supplies each day. Only issue is a continuing ant problem. The Phoenix offers (cost built-in to community bundle fee) pest control services once a week that will visit on request. But these ants are tough, man...

Quiet place to live

We enjoy living here. Like all places there are pros and cons. With it being pet friendly (which we need for our cats) you do hear a decent amount of dogs. However, the location itself is quiet from outside noises. Also the staff is great and they promptly fix problems. Their trash pick-up system where you just put it outside your door and they take it away is a nice plus.

The neighborhood is very safe, family-friendly with lots of pets. There are a ton of restaurants and stores to go to very close by, and it’s also very close to Keller with all of those stores and offices as well.
I like living in Fort Worth because it has a lot of the features of a city without all of the problems of a city. It’s also close enough to Dallas (30-60 mins) to spend time there if that’s more your speed
I always feel super safe here. The fire station is across the street, the police station is just a few blocks away, cops patrol the neighborhood, and TCCC security officers are always around. The parking garage is gated but is also available to visitors through a call box, and I’ve never had trouble finding a good parking space.
It is a nice neighborhood. It does not have a community per se. It is the bar district, so it is often loud at night. But the police are always patrolling, keeping the area safe, and there are some good restaurants and museums very close by. It is a super easy drive to the law school. Overall, it is a great place to live.
Near Southside is an up and coming neighborhood with lots of new entertainment and food options! It’s a quiet area and I’ve never felt unsafe with all the people around. Magnolia is mostly restaurants and medical offices so it’s never overly crowded or too much traffic.
Magnolia is great, there heaps of places to eat and shop that aren’t chains or corporations. It also has fun festivals and events throughout the year.
Great neighborhood area. Filled with families, people with pets, and college students. There is a good mix of people and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. There is also a wonderful shopping center next door.
The neighborhood is incredible. Walking distance to four coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. It's great to walk around, and I love being within walking distance to all these places to eat and study.
