Good for the price

The management can be a little hard to get a hold of, but I've never had an issue with them not fixing maintenance requests. Good location. Really all I needed as a student.

Great value and location

It's about a 20-minute walk from campus, which is convenient for new students without a car. However, public transportation is limited, and it takes around 25 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket or mall.

The landlord or property management company responds to emails promptly and helpfully. Repairs are handled quickly and professionally, with a dedicated maintenance request system and follow-up emails after the work is completed.

Packages can be delivered directly to your door or even inside the home, making it very safe with little risk of loss. The neighborhood is also very quiet, although the sound insulation isn’t great.

Close to Stadiums and Campus - College Friendly

If you love to be close to campus and even closer to K-State sporting events then look no further! I have lived with the Prime Place group throughout my undergraduate and graduate career. The team here provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the year they put on various community events to get to know your neighbors while also providing a place to call home that isn't chaotic.

Don’t live here

Frustrating management, give you short notice when they are going to enter your apartment to do preventative maintenance. Was going to be out of town during this and I asked the complex manager for a better timeframe than 10am-5pm since they asked us to put pets in crates. I didn’t want to leave my cat in a cat carrier for over 7 hours since my roommate worked that day and I would be out of town. Even though they could’ve easily just done our unit a different day or made it their first stop at 10am, they didn’t feel like making any accommodations like that. There’s also no parking on football game days because people from out of town take all the spots and management doesn’t care to enforce parking rules. If you work on a game day and get off work, you’ll get home to no parking spots. If you leave your place and come back while a game is getting out, you won’t be able to get home because the police close down the lanes so you can’t go towards home, they only allow leave the area, not enter. Thin walls also force you to get used to obnoxiously loud neighbors that you can’t complain about because the lease says that’s not managements job to deal with. Even though I already have renters insurance uploaded they are trying to auto-enroll me in their own renters insurance for another $14/month, even though I already have renters with my car insurance. It’s also expensive compared to other places with better parking, on-site gyms, and better amenities. My window in my bedroom is also right by the walkway that everyone users because it’s goes along the side of the building to get to their units, so I don’t feel comfortable opening my window. There’s also no natural light in the apartment and barely any windows so it’s always dark. Don’t live here.

Collegiate Villa is the best

I have lived with 3 different property managers throughout my time at K-State and this has been the best experience. Best value, best quality, responsive management.
