Fine for price
Cheap rent because the apartments sometimes smell like weed. Only seen cars broken into once in 4 years, otherwise seems pretty safe. Good maintenance.

Cedar Ridge Review
Management seems really nice and helpful. The buildings are old but well cared for. The surrounding neighborhood is great for walks, and commute to the law school is super easy.

Cheap, safe, close to school
It's worth the price and I feel safe. It's close to skyline park so it's a nice place to live and walk around.

Cheap, safe, close to school
Overall I think it's a great starter apartment. I live alone this semester, but will have a roommate next semester changing my rent from 800 to 400 which is super affordable. I do pay about 100 in utilities like wifi and energy, but those will also be reduced with a roommate. The tenants do a great job at responding quickly and I have yet to feel unsafe. They are pet friendly, so if you have an animal they are welcome.

Not bad
It's a bit outdated but not horribly outdated. All of the appliances are fine. It is pretty good space. The community is nice. Sometimes I worry about theft, but overall I feel very safe. My neighbors are nice and friendly.
