Nice residential apartment located on the West end of Pearl Street.

I currently rent an apartment located at the West end of Pearl Street with a private landlord. The area is very residential, quiet, clean, and harmonious. All of my neighbors are very kind and my landlord is very helpful and communicative. The apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom apartment and the appliances are fairly new.
