E3 Apartments

I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The apartment is spacious, which is a big plus compared to many others in the area. The value is reasonable (not the cheapest option, but a good deal for a 1BR apartment, especially given the location). The management is responsive and quick to address maintenance requests or any issues that come up, which I really appreciate.

Right off the Green Line, it is really easy to get to school and into the city. There are a lot of great restaurants around, and there are 5 grocery stores within walking distance. Right on the border of Allston and Brookline, the location couldn't be better, and the amenities are fantastic. I'm paying for comfort and convenience, and for me it is worth it.

The apartment are small but are equiped with the essential (washer dryer and so on)

The problem are the ameneties. They are cheap and old (brand is called Frigidaire) which means they are extremly loud! Sometime I cannot sleep with my fridge running. They changed it now 3 times. They refused to change it because they argued it is normal for this brand to make this noise. In my opinion that’s the main reason why these aparments are not worth it.

They all belong to a big company called national development with similar apartment blocks (525linc, 7ink, Ink Block…).

In the E3 the porter was very nice and the helped you with a lot and he was nice talking to. The gym is equiped with a lot of things, more things for running than for muscles. The building is clean and you can barely hear your neighbours.
