Highly recommend: "affordable" and great location
New building less than a mile from the law school, but on the center city side (23rd and Cherry). Less than a half mile from Rittenhouse and Filter Square; directly across from the Giant and on the Schuylkill River trail. The apartment building has all the standard "luxury" amenities (Gym, doorman, rooftop with grills etc.). I've been here for 4 months with no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Nice building, but PMC is very slow at fulfilling maintenance requests.
