Meets Expectation
This is definitely a college house, as none of the bedrooms are large enough for a couple to live comfortably. It is a cute place with fast maintenance, so I am happy with it. It is also in a fairly quiet area.
One bathroom does not have great insulation, and pipes froze last winter.
