good for price
Small 12 unit building, this apartment is really what you make of it. No amenities except for shared laundry (have to pay per load) in the building over that keeps the price down. Covered parking for $100 a month and water and trash are covered under rent. There are 3 closets in my 1 bedroom unit is really good for storage, one of the closets is big enough to put a desk in so it is my "office". Bathroom is relatively big and has a good amount of counter space. Kitchen is small, just on one side of living room with no dishwasher. Mail can be difficult as the scan-in for deliveries does not always work, but I like that there are 2 gates before any of our front doors for security. No problems with maintenance so far. Overall good place to live!
