Good price for what it is
I love this place. I have lived here for the past year and will most likely continue to do so until I graduate. The neighborhood is not the safest, but since there's a gate, there are never issues within the apartment complex (outdoors) itself. There is also assigned garage parking (within the gate) for 100$ a month per space. If you like having people over and are worried about parking in Berkeley, this place is next to a HUGE parking lot. You can park there overnight for as long as you want for free, except Tuesdays from 12pm-7pm ish because there is a farmer's market. The farmer's market is super cute, very convenient. Also less than 10 minute walk to Ashby bart station. 5 minute drive to Berkeley Bowl, Trader Joe's, Daiso, Ross, Pet Club, Home Depot, Target, Bay Street shopping plaza in Emeryville, etc. Also the property manager is the sweetest ever love her (:
